Foreign students
The
Welcome Office offers advice and guidance on all aspects of moving to Italy helping and supporting during all the year and the “Welcome weeks” held in September with: stay permit, fiscal code request, bank accounts, access to Italian health system, finding accommodation, life in Rome, general information about courses taught in English, scholarships and grants opportunities and other useful services for international students.
Foreign students can freely attend italian classes at the
CLICI - "Centro di Lingua e Cultura Italiana".
For advices about the Learning Agreement, or more generally about Math classes at Tor Vergata, please contact Professors Antonella Calzolari, Giulio Codogni and Michele Salvi . Guida Triennale 2024 is a description of the Bachelor's program in Mathematics. It is in Italian, but all information about the courses are provided in English as well. Courses are usually given in Italian, but upon request they could be given in English, you should contact the lecturer or one of the professors mentioned above in advance.
Guida Magistrale 2024 is a description of the Master program in Mathematics. It is in Italian, but all information about the courses are provided in English as well. As you can see, at the end of most of them it is written that "In case the course is attended by foreign students, lectures can be given in English."
All Ph.D. courses and research seminars are given in English.
We do not require any language certificate for incoming students.
