Most of the non local participants will be lodged into the NEW CampusX building of Tor Vergata.

Students are allowed to arrive on Sunday, even if the reception is opened form monday to saturday. In such case a guardian, in place of the reception employee, will conduct them in their rooms. However, who arrives on Sunday must remember to go the day after (on Monday) to the reception (which opens at 8am) to sign a document. The guardians will have a list with the names of the students participants of the school.

In CampusX at the moment the structures working are

• Structure 3 - here is the Reception, a Bar, a small supermarket and a laundry
• Structure 5 - here are some rooms to study
• The chapel

Everywhere there is a free wireless internet connection.

Outside the CampusX, very near to it, there are a pizzeria and a restaurant, whereas the University mess is a bit farther. However within September maybe other structures will be ready, and probably also a not-expensive restaurant inside the Campus will be opened.
