Title: Kummer theory for norm algebraic tori
Abstract: We construct an interesting endmorphism on norm algebraic tori. It enables us to give an
explicit form of Kummer theory on certain subfields of cyclotomic fields.
This particularly implies that we can construct parametric family of cyclic polynomials (with many parameters)
over these fields.
