Idea for Master programs in English in Russia

we definitely have some programs at Skltech but in my opinion the interesting choice might be another young 
university in Russia, this is Innopolis

It is not in Moscow but near Kazan. 

Currently, Alexaner Gasnikov has become a rector there and some European and other international professors 
(I know Valentin Leplat as example) teach there as well as Russians. They have many attractive programs.

Dear Carmine, 

I am happy to hear that the students enjoyed their visit. 

That'll be excellent if they contemplate to do their PhD in HK. 

Besides Lingnan University PhD studentship (which involves teaching tutorials), the HK Government also has 
a PhD fellowship which gives better pay and no or less teaching. The students may think about it. But for 
PhD starting in 2026, the Government fellowship deadline has passed. However, LU PhD application will 
open until January.
